Exchange 2010 Calendar Integration

    We have just added a new integration with Exchange (Outlook) Calendars using the enhanced features in Exchange 2010. has had an integration with Exchange (Outlook) Calendars but this has been based on sending meeting invitations via email.

    New features in Exchange 2010 allow us to create / update meeting appointments in attendees calendars directly. These appointments are created in near real time once a meeting has been created and there is no requirement for the attendees to respond to an email inivtation. The appointment created includes a link that allows the attendee to set their attendance or send apologies.
